Navotas City Hospital entered the Proficiency Stage in 2025 after demonstrating a strong commitment to governance reform and laying down the strategic roadmap during its Compliance Stage in 2019.

 

Silver Trailblazer Award

As part of the Proficiency Revalida held in November 2025, Navotas City Hospital was conferred the Silver Trailblazer Award by ISA. This recognition is given to institutions that:

  • Successfully execute their strategic initiatives,

  • Show measurable results, and

  • Strengthen governance systems and citizen engagement.
