    • June: Hospital begins operations as a Level-1 Primary Hospital with 50-bed capacity.

  • 2017:

    • January: Start of the PGS (Performance Governance System) Journey.

    • November: Recognized as PGS-Initiated.

  • 2018:

    • October: Established the Office of Strategic Management.

  • 2019:

    • November: Received Compliance Revalida and Silver Trailblazer Award.

  • 2020:

    • Invested in IT systems for Hospital Information System, EMR, and integration with health centers.

  • 2022:

    • October: Strategic Revisit – Positioned as a 70-bed Level I hospital and training program site.

    • Awarded DOH Hospital Awards 2022.

    • Focused on capacity building, cascading sessions, teleconsultation, and MSCC meetings.
